Inbound blanks tracking for print shops
What landed, what’s coming,
and what’s in the box.
Your SanMar and S&S emails already say exactly what you ordered, what’s in every carton, and where it is. BlanksBoard reads them and puts the answer on one screen — instead of five logins and a lot of digging.
- One auto‑forward rule, set once
- No vendor logins
- No POs to re‑key
- Nothing to install
None of this is new information. That’s the point.
You can already get every one of these answers. Each one just costs a different login, a different search, and a different amount of digging.
- Search the inbox for the confirmation
- Phone the rep
- Open the PDF packing list
- Log into SanMar → Order History
- Log into S&S → Invoices
The product isn’t the data. It’s the collapse of five retrieval paths into one.
The board
Every order you have inbound, newest first, with the one-glance answer to “have I got none of this, some of it, or all of it?”

- One order, two warehouses. SanMar splits orders across DCs constantly. The board shows which box came from where.
- The carton is identified by its tracking number, not a box number — vendors restart box numbering on every acknowledgement.
- Ordered − shipped = what the vendor still owes you. Computed from the documents, never stored, so it can’t drift.
- Delivery status — the “28 of 172 here” part — is the paid plan, because knowing a box actually landed means asking the carrier. Free shows everything else.
“Did I even order this?”
That one is different. “Where is it” is a lookup — you can dig it out if you have ten minutes. “Did I even order this” is a gap you cannot discover by searching, because there is no email to find.
A board that knows what you ordered and what has actually landed surfaces it without being asked: the order that never shipped, the size that never came, the carton that went quiet. Nothing on the manual list does that.
How it works
Four steps. You do the first two, once, and never again.
-
1
Create your workspace
Pick a name — acme gets you acme.blanksboard.com — confirm your email, choose a password. Your board exists a few seconds later, empty and waiting. No card, no call, no demo to sit through.
-
2
Set one auto-forward rule
We give you a private address. A single rule in Outlook or Gmail copies mail from SanMar and S&S to it. You set it up once, in about two minutes, and then you never touch it again — every future order and shipment notice forwards itself the moment it arrives.
🚨 Make it a forward, not a redirect. A redirect hands the original away instead of copying it — so anything that goes wrong on our end becomes mail you never got either. A forward always leaves your copy in your own inbox.
Step-by-step for your email → Microsoft 365, Outlook, Gmail, Workspace, iCloud — with the exact subjects to match.

We read the documents
Order confirmations, shipment acknowledgements, packing PDFs. Out come SKUs, colors, sizes, quantities, warehouses and tracking numbers — checked against the totals the vendor prints on their own paperwork.
-
4
You open one screen
Search a PO, a part number, a color, or the last four digits off a label on a box in front of you. It tells you which order that box belongs to and what else is coming.
What you never have to do
- Forward a single email by hand
- Hand over a SanMar or S&S login
- Get approved for a vendor integration
- Create the purchase order in our software first
- Scan anything, or buy a scanner
- Install software
Every other tool in this category starts with “first, create your PO.” That is the work. We start from the documents your vendor already sent you.
Where it says “can’t tell”
SanMar itemizes every carton, so we can tell you exactly what is in each box. S&S never does — their paperwork says what shipped and how many parcels, but not which goods are in which parcel. When some of those parcels have landed and some haven’t, how much is physically on your floor is genuinely unknowable.
So the board says so. It shows you the most and least it could be, and refuses to invent the number in between.
A tracking tool that guesses is worse than one that admits the gap — you find out which when you go looking for 40 shirts that were never there.
Pricing
The free tier is a real product, not a demo — most of the value is the one screen.

- Live carrier status, chased for you
- Delivered / in transit / late, without clicking anything

Questions
Do I have to give you my SanMar or S&S login?
No, and there is no upgrade that asks for one either. Everything comes from the mail your own forwarding rule sends us. That is deliberate: every vendor API needs per-shop credentials and an approval process, which is exactly the friction that makes this category useless to a five-person shop.
Which vendors do you support?
SanMar and S&S Activewear today. We will add others — to do it we need a sample email from you, and it takes a little while. Ask; it goes on the list.
What if I leave? Can I get my data out?
There is no export, because there is nothing to export that you don’t already own. Every figure here is derived from documents sitting in your own mailbox. A shop that leaves points its forwarding rule somewhere else and rebuilds from the same emails. We would rather say that plainly than pretend there’s lock-in.
Is this a replacement for Printavo or YoPrint?
No. Those run your shop — quotes, jobs, invoicing. This answers one question they don’t: what is physically arriving, and what is in it. It sits alongside whatever you already use, and it needs nothing from it.
How current is it?
New vendor mail is picked up within minutes of arriving. On a paid plan, carrier status is refreshed for you; on free, every carton still carries a one-click link to the carrier.
Is my order data mixed in with other shops’?
No. Every shop gets its own separate data store, not a shared table with a customer column. It is a deliberately boring design: if the software ever asks the wrong question, it comes back with nothing rather than someone else’s orders. It is also tested that way — by sending a real vendor email addressed to a second workspace and confirming it landed in theirs and moved nothing in anyone else’s.
I’ve forgotten my workspace name.
You don’t need it. Sign in at login.blanksboard.com with your username or email and your password, and it takes you to the right board on its own.
One exception: if the same email address is used in more than one workspace, it can’t tell which you mean — sign in with your username instead, which is always unique.
Stop digging for the same five answers.
Pick a workspace name, confirm your email, set one forwarding rule. Your board starts filling with the next order your vendor sends.
No card. No sales call. Free stays free under 25 shipments a month.
